Easy mini Quiche in 4 steps

Quiche – Tomato Basil


1 package of ready rolled pie crust dough ( I use Pillsbury or Mrs. Smith )

6 tablespoons heavy cream

8 Oz shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese

1 small package cherry tomatoes sliced

1 cup shredded fresh basil

2 eggs

1. Cut pie dough into 12 slices, shape into well buttered muffin pans

2. Mix heavy cream,cheese, sliced tomatoes, Basil and eggs well.

3. Fill into pastry filled muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees till golden brown and puffy.(do not let pastry get burned)

4. Cool and remove from pan. Serves 4
